Do not write many reviews, even though I experience exceptional service often. Today was a dreaded day at the dentist office. Love the cleaning and check-up appointments, but nobody likes the drill. Have been a patient of Dr. Jim for 15 yrs. I have needed the work done for many yrs. He never pushed it, even though he knew if I waited long enough, the crown would turn into something more painful and expensive. Finally realized it was time. Two hours and I was out of the office with no pain. Furthermore, he took the time to explain the entire process. Many people know the words "temporary crown". Not the case here. One visit and I am home without any sign that I was at the dentist today. If you want a to see a very bright guy with the latest technology, ask for Dr. Jim. I am sure that his brother Dr. Chris is just as talented, but Dr. Jim is one that will take the time to explain your options and the process. If you are in need of a good dentist I highly recommend the Smile Architects in Huntersville.
